A clients ‘quirky, fun and something for everyone’ Christmas lunch in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges at the Cuckoo Restaurant. There was a feast, yodelling, lots of laughs and some staff walked away with traditional German hats from their audience participation.

White Knight Events planned and produced the 2019 OTIS Foundation Ball helping them raise over $530,000!
More than 800 guests enjoyed premium food, drinks & entertainment in the stunning Palladium at Crown while raising money for this breast cancer charity.

Australian governor general visit
His Excellency, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC, The Australian Governor General visited a client of ours recently. It was such an honour to organise the visit for them making sure that every detail was meticulously in place.

western health community raceday
Western Health Community Raceday raised over $100,000 thanks to the generosity of it’s 350 guests and race sponsors. This money will be used to purchase a much needed ultrasound machine for maternity services at Sunshine Hospital.Everyone had a great time and guests have commented that it’s the best one yet!

We had the pleasure of producing an event that celebrated 12 breast cancer patients as they showcased the latest trends on the runway, escorted by Western Bulldogs AFL players. Over 530 guests were treated to a night of fun, fashion and fundraising.
A record amount was raised which will support best care for women in Melbourne’s west with breast cancer.

twilight on the quay
A concert on the Quay in Williamstown featuring Kate Ceberano and Shaun Micallef along with the Sweethearts and the Royal Australian Navy Band. Performances on the floating barge were a great hit with guests as they either enjoyed premium food and wine in the VIP function or had a picnic on the lawn.

WalkWest is an annual event comprising of a 5km or 10km walk or run supporting kids’ healthcare in the west. It was a fun filled family day with an incredible fundraising result that we were proud to produce and run. Everything was thoroughly thought out and executed from sponsorship liaison, permits, communications, advertising, volunteer management, operations and much more.

a night for nights
An incredible event with everyone hitting the dance floor at the end of the night. Over half a million dollars was raised by 830 guests and this will be used to provide retreat accommodation at no cost for people and their families dealing with the challenges of breast cancer.
